Saturday, April 19th, 10 – Noon – Pause de midi: Demonstration Class with Chef Mike Shannon
Start the day off right with several tastings and brunch done right. You’ll have plenty of energy for the rest of the day after you’re finished eating this spread! Menu: TBD.
5 – 8 pm – Dîner Célébration: Hands-On Cooking and Dining Experience
At this lively class, you’ll be split into teams to prepare a portion of a multi-course meal, chock-full of dishes that are not only exciting – they taste great too! Chef Mike gets things started, you make the meal and Cooks supplies the grown-up beverages. Menu: TBD.
Sunday, April 20th, 10 am – Petit Dejeuner
End your weekend in style with a bon voyage brunch buffet and private shopping experience at Cooks’ retail store. Menu: TBD
