There may not be a soul alive who’s more passionate about knives than Jim Christiansen, our knife guy. If you can trust anyone to put a good edge to your blades, it’s him.

HOW IT WORKS:
Bring your knives into either of our locations before 5pm on any Friday and pick them up Sunday afternoon in Edina or Monday afternoon at Grand. The charge is $5 per knife. (We do not currently offer sharpening for serrated edges.)
