Cooking School Coordinator, St Paul 

At Cooks Of Crocus Hill we believe and live the philosophy of “Life Happens in the Kitchen”. Our cooking schools are a constant beehive of activity filled with cooking classes, private and corporate events and meetings all centered around food and life in the kitchen. We are currently looking for an individual to organize and oversee the activities of one of our schools. If you’re passionate about being in the kitchen, a solid communicator and like to dive in and get your hands dirty, you could be the perfect fit!

Position Overview:
Organize and execute cooking school activities. Receive and prepare ingredients. Teach and lead classes and private events. Schedule and train culinary assistants for classes and private events. Maintain environment and kitchen inventory.

Required skills:
Culinary training which could include: Culinary degree or equivalent experience. Excellent communication and organization skills and comfortable leading groups of people. Hands on problem solver, and possess excellent time management skills.

Position Overview:
Provide positive customer assistance, prep ingredients for classes and private events, set the dining room and bar for service, and maintain an organized kitchen environment.

Culinary background/interest which could include: Culinary degree or equivalent experience or a passion for food and education. Excellent communication and organization skills. Hands on problem solver, great customer service, and works well on a team.
